Terms of Sale & Use
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who sells the ebook
How I Lost It With Eggs: John's Shake, Fast & Eggs Method (the "ebook") is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your receipt and handles payment, tax and invoicing under its own terms. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, we process and confirm it within 5 business days, and your bank may take additional days to show the refund.
2. Your licence to the ebook
When you buy the ebook you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and read it on your own devices for your own, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, publicly post or otherwise make the ebook (or substantial parts of it) available to others, in whole or in part, whether free or paid. If you receive a refund, your licence and download access end. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Not medical advice
The ebook, this website and the buyer tools share general education, not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and they're meant for adults (18+). Please check with your doctor before changing how you eat or starting fasting. Results vary and aren't guaranteed, and you're responsible for your own health choices. Read the full health disclaimer.
4. Use of this website
You may use the articles, and, if you bought the guide, the buyer recipes, calorie calculator and day tracker, for personal use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ebook and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any injury, illness or loss arising from following the content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the ebook is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
7. Changes and contact
